This soak was created to help soothe, relieve and restore sore muscles by reducing stress, improving circulation, and relieving joint pains after a grueling barre workout! Each pouch includes a mix of soothing essential oils paired with magnesium and sea salt for the perfect after barre relax and repair combination!

Directions: Sprinkle bath salts into a warm bath, allow salts to dissolve, then soak in the tub for 20 - 30 minutes. Relax! The bath salts are packaged in tamper-resistant packaging that is resealable.
